This is a restaurant serving burgers and authentic Neapolitan pizza. It is directly connected to the Ichinose Family Ski Resort slopes. Our hearty burgers are made with a patty that contains Japanese wagyu beef, without any fillers. Our authentic Neapolitan pizzas are baked in a kiln at over 500°C, and we have many repeat customers. The restaurant features a clean and beautiful mountain cabin-style interior. On our spacious wooden deck, we offer draft beer to quench your thirst after a fun day of skiing.

This restaurant is located on the first floor of Hotel Japan Shiga. We serve dishes made with locally sourced Shinshu beef, pork, and vegetables from the Nagano region. Opened in 2023, the restaurant features a bright and clean interior. We are open for dinner only. Our menu includes: Sukiyaki and shabu-shabu featuring Shinshu beef raised on apples Sukiyaki and shabu-shabu with locally sourced Shinshu pork Burgers, cheeseburgers, and double bacon cheeseburgers Wagyu hitsumabushi (grilled beef over rice) and teriyaki chicken, among others Enjoy high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices. **Lunch & Izakaya at Ichinose!** With warm hospitality perfect for the winter season, we offer a variety of delicious meat dishes, including steaks made with high-quality Japanese black beef, as well as seafood, which is available sporadically. Of course, our izakaya menu is also plentiful! We have a wide range of drinks, including Chuhai, cocktails, and Japanese whiskey. For lunch, we serve Pasta "Napolitan" (a Japanese-style spaghetti with ketchup-based sauce, sausages, and vegetables... a nostalgic taste for the Japanese!), and a collaboration dish with Minamimino Village, the Detox Black Curry. You can also enjoy customizing these dishes with a variety of toppings. From 11:00 to 14:00, all drinks are 10% off with Happy Hour, making it a perfect place to take a break during skiing or snowboarding.

We have 220 seats. We serve our cafeteria-style menu, including our popular "grilled cheese curry," as well as freshly baked bread, pork cutlet rice bowls with sauce, ramen, and more. We're located close to the Okushiga Gondola, so we recommend the terrace seating if the weather is nice!

We highly recommend our menu featuring 'Sprouted Coffee' supervised by a professor from Shinshu University! It has minimal bitterness and an excellent smooth taste. We also offer a variety of food and desserts, including Katsu Sandwiches, Chicken Muffins, Soft Serve Ice Cream, and more. Relax in our retro-style free space inside the shop.

"Crumpets," a traditional British light meal bread, are served at a café on the second floor of the building directly across from the Yokote #2 lift. We are Japan's first crumpet specialty store. Enjoy our crumpet with the view from the top of the mountain!
