The yakiniku Sam Restaurant, based mainly in Nagano Prefecture, has opened a new restaurant at Shiga Kogen Yamanoeki.
The menu includes Japanese beef short rib rice bowls, beef curry made with beef tendon, and noodle dishes such as ramen and cold noodles. Popular menues like Karbi Ramen, cold noodles, and stone-grilled bibimbap are also available, with optional toppings such as pork cutlet or grilled beef.
We offer a spacious interior with a great view of the ski slopes and a wide variety of menu options. The menu was developed with the cooperation of the former executive chef of the Hotel Okura Group.
