Located within the Okushiga Kogen Hotel, where you can ski in and ski out. In winter, enjoy after-ski drinks, or in summer, relax after trekking, and even after dinner, indulge in delicious wines, cocktails, and more. We also offer cakes and other sweet treats, as well as soft drinks. With a beloved fireplace at the center, enjoy great conversations and elegant moments. The dining area is located on the first basement floor. Please enjoy your meal in the spacious dining area. A variety of drinks are also available.

A restaurant is located at Takamagahara Hotel. We offer dishes made with plenty of local ingredients from Nagano, including pizzas that have received high praise from our customers. Additionally, we have a selection of Shiga Kogen craft beers, ranging from classic favorites to seasonal varieties.

We highly recommend our menu featuring 'Sprouted Coffee' supervised by a professor from Shinshu University! It has minimal bitterness and an excellent smooth taste. Stand Cafe Alpina is a casual standing cafe you can easily visit between your skiing sessions. On sunny days, feel free to take your order to-go and enjoy the magnificent snow views from the terrace on the second floor of the mountain station. We also offer fragrant coffee from the local roastery, Maruyama Coffee.

THE ROOFTOP DINING is located at the summit of Mt. Higashidate, 2,000 meters above sea level. From the observation deck, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Hokushin Five Mountains and the Northern Alps, all beautifully blanketed in snow in the winter season. In an atmosphere reminiscent of European Alpine mountain resorts, indulge in a cheese fondue that pairs perfectly with local wines. Surrounded by the winter scenery, enjoy a premium experience like no other.

"Crumpets," a traditional British light meal bread, are served at a café on the second floor of the building directly across from the Yokote #2 lift. We are Japan's first crumpet specialty store. Enjoy our crumpet with the view from the top of the mountain!
