Shiga Kogen Sougoukaikan 98 is a complex that was built for the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics.
The music hall, which was completed with design supervision from Seiji Ozawa, a world-class music conductor, has been used for various music concerts and such.
The 98 Hall can accommodate 1200 people, as well as having various different functions such as receptions, sport camps and music concerts.
The conference room has been used for various symposiums and study camps

In order to help stop the spread of the coronavirus, the following measures must be taken when reserving a conference or meeting room.
1.Temperatures of all users of the hall must be checked, as well as their physical condition.
2.Masks or shields must be used by all guests to stop spreading by air particles.
3.Ventilation must be used in the room at all times, so that the air can be cycled.
4.All guests must wash hands, gargle and use hand disinfectant.
5.Social distance must be kept in order to keep distance between guests.
※For disinfectants and other items to help prevent spread, please prepare them yourself.

Points of Caution
1.For use of summer months (July-September), we will invite those that applied the previous year in October and November, with reservation being decided by committee at the end of November
2.For those that wish to book, please confirm dates via phone before booking.
3.Reservations are taken about a year in advance of the desired day.
4.When booking, please attach the invoice to your application.
※Any temporary reservations held in person or made over the phone do not equal proper reservations, so please reserve via the proper means.
※Temporary reservations only last for one week, and after said week, we will remove the reservation.
