Detour Route: Via Manza Highway (toll route) The route is open between Manza Onsen and Shiga Koggen. (Between Joshin’etsu Highway Nakano I.C. and Shibutoge in Shiga Kogen is also open)
*Pedestrians, bicycles, and motorcycles under 125cc are not allowed on the Manza Highway.
