Connection Course Status
The ski areas of Shiga Kogen are divided into two main zones — the northern area and the southern area.
Each zone is internally connected by ski runs, lifts, and gondolas, allowing you to move around while skiing.
However, the northern and southern zones are not directly connected by ski courses, so traveling between them requires a shuttle bus or car.

You can enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Shiga Kogen even if you come empty-handed!
If you are staying in Shiga Kogen, your hotel may have rental shop for their guests. Please ask your hotel about their rental service. Some rental shops in hotels are also welcome for visitors.

Free Shuttle Bus Information
A free shuttle bus is offered between ski resorts, 8:30 – 17:30 daily. Check the winter bus timetables here.
